What materials do you use for 3D printing?

We support a wide range of materials compatible with our enclosed professional grade 3D printers, including PLA, PLA Tough, PLA Silk, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments, Polycarbonate, PC blends, and TPU. Material selection depends on the application, strength, and finish required.

Can I provide my own 3D design file?

Yes. You can upload your STL or 3MF file, and we will review it for printability before production. If adjustments are needed, we will let you know before printing begins.

Do you offer design help or file preparation?

Yes. If you do not have a ready to print file, we can assist with basic design cleanup, scaling, and print optimization. Advanced modeling is available on a case by case basis.

Most small to medium prints are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Print time depends on size, material, and complexity. Rush turnaround may be available for local San Francisco clients.
